Ada House, E3 London

Large multi tenanted building located in central London offering tenant’s high quality office space in W1. Various floors of office and back of house areas, including kitchen and toilet facilities. A variety of issues had been experienced with water quality and drainage blockages that can easily occur with such busy buildings.

A schedule of planned maintenance was devised by The Little Heating Company. Attention was paid to under slab drainage flushing and water services maintenance, also to monitoring mains water inlets and tanked and circulated services. The successful result was far less problems were experienced, despite considerable usage. This outcome made a significant reduction in reactive calls and saved many associated costs.
